org.el (org-create-formula-image): Fix ignored background color 

* lisp/org.el (org-preview-latex-process-alist): add a
`:transparent-image-converter' property for `dvipng'.
(org-create-formula-image): If available, use
`:transparent-image-converter' when no background color is set.
