Set opening via headline 

* ox-koma-letter.el (org-koma-letter-headline-is-opening-maybe): new
variable.  If `t' let headlines set subject.
(org-koma-letter-headline): let headline set opening.
(org-koma-letter-template): let opening and closing be empty if nil.
