Fix some failing tests

* testing/lisp/test-ob-exp.el (test-ob-exp/org-babel-exp-src-blocks/w-no-headers):
(test-ob-exp/org-babel-exp-src-blocks/w-no-file): Fix test.

These tests fail when "htmlize" is not available on the machine.
