orgcontacts.el: Fix `date' being broken in `org-contacts-anniversaries'.

* contrib/lisp/org-contacts.el: Add defvar for date.  Similar to org.el.

  (org-contacts-anniversaries): Setting date to nil breaks the
  function.  Bug was introduced in e4cebbe40.
