org-capture.el: Fixed bug in org-capture-templates %<n> expandos 

* lisp/org-capture.el (org-capture-fill-template): Fixed regexp for
  %<n> expandos to match any positive integer.
  (org-capture-templates): Updated docstring accordingly.

* doc/org.texi: Updated documentation accordingly.
