org-table-make-reference: Disable compiler warning
* lisp/org-table.el (org-table-make-reference): Comment out the code that always returns nil, replacing it with explicit nil. This line is certainly a fault in logic, but we do not know of any associated bugs. So, just leave a FIXME to potential future refactoring and avoid the compiler complaining about this code every time.
