Fix some issue with orgtbl-mode

* lisp/org-table.el (orgtbl-send-replace-tbl): Allow multiple spaces between
keywords in RECEIVE ORGTBL lines.
* doc/org.texi (A @LaTeX{} example): Fix typo in variable name.
