* lisp/org-pcomplete.el (pcomplete/org-mode/file-option/tags):
(pcomplete/org-mode/tag): Use new `org-current-tag-alist' instead of
`org-tag-alist' so as to take `org-tag-persistent-alist' into
consideration.
