With this patch, macro's arguments are read as the following:
"a,b" -> '("a" "b")

"a\\\\,b" -> '(a"\\" "b")
Note that with the patch, you only need to escape backslashes before
a comma:
"a\\b\,c" -> '("a\\b,c")
